Owner is looking for an amazing professional to join our team of IT Support Engineers who keep our internal systems running smoothly as we scale. In this role, you’ll play a critical role in enabling our teams to move fast and deliver excellence.

This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.

• Support and unblock internal customers.
• Build scalable and efficient systems.
• Ensure processes are mature, well documented and easy to use.
• Help Owner effectively manage it’s fleet of devices.

🤝 Who you’ll work with

• You will collaborate and support every team across Owner.
• Work alongside Security and Platform teams to best support internal customers.

✅ What we’re looking for

• 2+ Years providing internal customer support.
• Experience with Okta, AWS, Slack, Notion, Google, and other flagship SaaS products.
• Experience implementing and managing MDM solutions.

🏆 Pay and benefits

• The estimated base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $130,000 USD per year, plus a generous pre-IPO equity package.
