IT Support Analyst - ERP & General Support

The Opportunity :

As a key member of our Business Applications team, you will be our go-to person for IT support, including ERP and general support requests.

As our ERP & General support specialist, you will be the first responder to helpdesk and ERP support requests, triaging, prioritizing, and tracking each request through Nature’s Fare incident tracking system, Jira. You will work within a small, collaborative team on support-related tasks and projects, handling low to moderate support volume, and performing additional duties as needed. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical support and assistance to end-users with ERP issues.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving user-reported problems, escalating when necessary.
  • Serving as a liaison between end-users and the ERP development team, conveying feedback and requests.
  • Assisting with ERP configurations, setups, and customizations.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation, user guides, and training materials.
  • Conducting user training sessions on ERP functionalities.
  • Monitoring system performance and identifying optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborating on system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
  • Staying informed on industry trends related to ERP support.
  • Participating in ERP projects, integrations, and migrations.

General Support Tasks :

  • Imaging desktops/laptops with standard images.
  • Deploying desktops/laptops and providing overviews of new features.
  • Visiting stores periodically for support and maintenance.
  • Creating/modifying Active Directory profiles for new hires and terminations.
  • Managing Exchange mailboxes and tracking CAL usage.
  • Deploying/troubleshooting printers, hardware, software, networked devices.
  • Refining system monitoring platforms to ensure critical systems are monitored effectively.
  • Coordinating with HR and store managers on onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Diagnosing WiFi issues and suggesting improvements.
  • Participating in projects like server refreshes, Active Directory cleanup, and IT documentation improvements.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

What We Are Looking For :

  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing IT support role.
  • 2 years of related education is an asset.
  • On-call availability after training.
