Our Client is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join their growing team in Ontario, CA. This position offers the opportunity to support and maintain critical IT systems in a fast-paced, security-conscious environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical troubleshooting skills, familiarity with enterprise tools, and a customer-first mindset.

This is an onsite position for US Citizens and Green Card holders.

The Client is open to candidates willing to permanently relocate to the area.

The ideal person will have:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a commercial, full-time IT support, help desk, or technical support role.

Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills across hardware, software, and networking environments.

Familiarity with ticketing systems, remote support tools, and IT asset management.

Solid understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
Knowledge of common enterprise IT tools, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, SQL and Python.

Great written and verbal communication skills with the ability to support non-technical end users.

Exposure to security best practices or willingness to work in a security-aware environment is a plus.

Salary dependent on experience: $55K to $93K.
