Job Description:Responsibilities:
Hardware And Software Support:
- Provide hardware support for Dell, Lenovo, Client, and other laptop/desktop models.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 11, Office 365, CrowdStrike, BigFix, Cisco AnyConnect, and other business applications.
- Deploy and configure operating systems/software using Autopilot and PXE boot
- Support Wi-Fi configuration and Cisco Identity Services Engine (Client).
Remote Support And VPN:- Utilize remote desktop tools like LogMeIn to reduce on-site interventions
- Provide support for VPN connectivity issues.
Meeting Room And VVIP Support:- Ensure daily operational readiness of video conferencing systems such as Cisco MTR.
- Deliver high-priority support for VVIP users in office environments.
Server Room Hands And Feet Support:- Perform reboots of Windows servers, Cisco, and other network devices.
- Provide remote console access and facilitate hardware swaps and cable management.
- Support remote teams with diagnostics, recovery, and follow physical access/security protocols.
Asset Maintenance:- Manage IT inventory of laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
- Coordinate asset lifecycle: procurement, updates, replacements, and retirement.
- Ensure compliance with audit and asset documentation requirements.
Incident And Request Handling:- Respond to incidents and service requests via ServiceNow.
- Meet or exceed SLA compliance targets.
- Collect user feedback for service improvement initiatives.
Communication And Documentation:- Communicate effectively with end-users and technical teams.
- Document issues and resolutions accurately.
- Participate in meetings, updates, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Requirement/Must Have:- Proficiency in desktop/laptop hardware support (Dell, Client, Lenovo, etc.).
- Experience with Windows 11, Office 365, CrowdStrike, BigFix, Cisco AnyConnect.
- Hands-on knowledge of Autopilot, PXE boot, and VPN support.
- Familiarity with Wi-Fi setup and Cisco Client.
- Experience using remote support tools like LogMeIn.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Ability to support high-priority VVIP users and video conferencing systems.
- Hands-on experience supporting server room tasks and adhering to access protocols.
- Qualification And Education:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications in desktop support, networking, or hardware (preferred).
