Join a strategic data modernization initiative for a banking client, focused on enhancing business intelligence capabilities through advanced Azure-based infrastructure and data visualization tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Infrastructure Modernization: Migrate data pipelines from legacy VM-based systems to Azure Data Factory and Databricks, enabling scalable and efficient data processing.
• ETL Development: Design and implement robust ETL workflows to ingest data from SFTP, APIs, and databases into Delta Lake using Medallion architecture.
• Visualization Integration: Facilitate seamless connectivity between Plotly Dash and Databricks to support real-time, insight-driven dashboards.
• Databricks Administration: Configure Unity Catalog, manage clusters, define schemas, and enforce data security through role-based access controls.
• DevOps & Deployment: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Enterprise, with a focus on secure and automated deployments.

Must-Have Skills:

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience with ADF, Databricks, and Azure Functions (C#)
• Experience with Unity Catalog migration, Delta table design, and permission setup
• Proficiency in Azure Entra ID for SSO/RBAC and deploying Azure PaaS resources
• CI/CD pipeline management for Databricks using Azure DevOps or GitHub

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Delta Live Tables
• Familiarity with secure, regulated environments
• Background in financial services
