We are looking for an IT Specialist to join our Support Centre team!

As an IT Specialist, your responsibilities include:

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

1. Work with the IT manager to implement and maintain the company's network environment and computer systems, improving database tools and services.
2. Ensure all data complies with legal regulations, is protected, and backed up properly.
3. Build new databases, monitor existing database performance, and ensure data entry procedures are followed for each department and store operation.
4. Perform analysis and design new functions based on business changes and department requests approved by the Vice President.
5. Test and implement new functions based on company needs.
6. Regularly monitor and provide secure network access for remote users.
7. Support users with software and technology equipment.
8. Manage email accounts, domain name DNS, and IP addresses for all employees.
9. Implement company software security settings, including user accounts and security protocols.
10. Maintain internal operating systems, including order, distribution, transfer, and sales data verification systems.
11. Ensure online systems like Operation News, Market News, Online Forms, and Policies are running smoothly.
12. Perform SQL database backups, performance tuning, antivirus deployments, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

Strategic Input and Risk Management:

1. Ensure legal compliance by understanding legislation, enforcing regulations, and recommending procedures.
2. Protect organizational value by maintaining confidentiality.

Team Development:

1. Collaborate with other departments to achieve goals and meet milestones.

Qualifications:

1. Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience supporting business applications and data reports in a Microsoft environment.
3. Knowledge of AI principles, AWS Cloud Services, Windows Server, SQL, network management, and security.
4. Strong SQL database skills (SQL Server versions, Access, MySQL, SSRS, web design, scripting, stored procedures).
5. Proficiency in software development languages (C#, VB, VBA, WQL, PHP, HTML).
6. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
