About The Opportunity
  • Work as a Tier 2 escalation point in an ITSM ticketing platform for notes & tracking
  • Provide support for end-user hardware and software within a primarily Windows and Android environment, including educating internal clients on day-to-day use
  • Provide level 2 support for Enterprise Systems such as: Microsoft O365, telephone systems, networking, file servers, camera systems, door access control, & printers
  • Support Tier 1 team via coaching, documentation, and SOP creation
  • Participate in a variety of IT projects as necessitated by business needs
  • Be able to travel to locations across the company to provide hands-on support regarding complex issues, corporate infrastructure, and construction
  • Participate in a weekly on-call rotation for sitewide critical infrastructure support
About You

In addition to placing high value on continuous improvement, collaboration and accountability, you bring:

  • A diploma, certificate or computer industry specific certifications
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience providing excellent front line technical and/or application support
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, Office 365, network design and implementation, firewalls, telephony systems (cloud and on-prem), low-voltage systems such as access control and cameras, and cybersecurity best practices
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational abilities
  • High level of customer service orientation and professionalism
  • A passion for the healthcare sector and/or ensuring seniors have access to quality accommodations, services and care.
  • Reliable means of transportation
