Job summary

Enerflex Ltd. in Calgary is seeking a Corporate IT Coordinator (SOX & Internal Audit) to support IT governance, risk, and assurance across the business.

You will oversee ITGCs, critical financial processes, and technology controls, coordinating risk assessments, scoping, testing, and remediation activities with audit teams. Based in our Downtown Calgary office, you will partner with IT, Security, Finance, and Compliance to strengthen controls, document processes, and advise on technology changes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting or a related field.
• Professional certification in IT audit, SOX, or related area is preferred.
• 6+ years of IT audit, internal audit or related assurance experience, with IT SOX experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with IT, Security, Finance, Compliance and stakeholders to support technology risk, internal control, audit, and SOX initiatives.
• Maintain understanding of IT environment, critical systems, and risks; coordinate risk assessments and control testing.
• Plan, document, test, and report IT SOX controls; support remediation and deficiencies with management.
• Act as liaison between control owners, management, and external auditors for IT SOX activities.
• Support IT audits, advisory reviews, risk assessments, and special projects.
