Position : Solutions Architect (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)Location : Burlington, hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote (occasional travel to other office locations may be required)Salary : Up to $130,000 + competitive benefits package, 4 weeks' vacation Working Hours : 8 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM (flexible between 7 AM - 6 PM)Job Type : Full-time permanentPosition Summary : We are seeking a Solutions Architect with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Navision) to join our growing IT team. This is a brand-new role created due to significant business expansion, system modernization efforts, and multiple upcoming enterprise-level projects, including the integration of newly acquired companies and legacy system upgrades.The ideal candidate will be a collaborative and communicative technology leader with deep experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, specifically around procure-to-pay, supply chain, and finance workflows.Reporting to the Director, IT - Business Solutions, Key Responsibilities are : - Design and deliver comprehensive integration solutions to support enterprise systems.- Lead the architecture and design of business systems, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and define functional and technical solutions.- Guide and support the technical delivery of IT projects from initiation through implementation.- Develop and maintain architectural documentation, system design specs, and solution blueprints.- Improve current system scalability, performance, and responsiveness through optimization and innovation.- Enforce and enhance standards, governance, and procedures across technical and vendor-delivered solutions.- Communicate complex technical ideas effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.Must-Have Skills & Experience : - 6+ years in solution architecture or similar roles- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Navision)- Involved in at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365- Strong understanding of modules related to procurement, supply chain, and finance- Experience in data integration and ETL processes- Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)- Proficiency with Azure DevOps and related tools- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills- Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationshipsPreferred Qualifications : - University Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, ITIL)- Experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or Business Architecture rolesPlease send your resume in Word format to Emily Heughan at [emailprotected] A PERM HIRE AND EARN $1,000!
