Security Consultant II (Remote – Canada)
Join our clients Cybersecurity Professional Services team as a Security Consultant II, Cybersecurity Awareness & Training, where you'll play a key role in supporting client engagements focused on phishing simulations and security awareness initiatives. If you have hands-on experience in cybersecurity education and a proven track record of developing and delivering impactful security awareness programs, we’d love to hear from you.

Security Consultant II Requirements:
- You have at least 7years of experience in information and cyber security, with a focus on awareness training and education
- Bilingual (English & French)
- You are passionate about cybersecurity and have a talent for explaining complex concepts in simple terms
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- You have experience developing training materials and delivering presentations to various group sizes
- You are familiar with learning management systems and e-learning content
- You have a strong understanding of current cybersecurity threats and mitigation strategies
- You have the ability to analyze complex problems and discuss them in a simple, logical, and thoughtful manner
- You are able to work on multiple projects concurrently, manage time effectively, while requiring minimal supervision
- You have experience working with clients in a variety of verticals and organizations
Nice-to-haves:
- University Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline (e.g., Information Security, Computer Science, Education)
- Professional certificates such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+
- Experience with instructional design methodologies, such as creating and/or maintaining training materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and interactive tools
- Experience with cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001)
Security Consultant II Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging cybersecurity awareness training programs covering topics such as phishing, password management, safe browsing practices, email security, and social media awareness
- Support projects and client engagements by writing reports and preparing presentations, making use of your communication skills to explain security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Conduct phishing simulations and analyze results to identify areas for improvement in client organizations
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant and effective
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security awareness into clients’ overall cybersecurity strategies
