Job summary

BDC is seeking an experienced Senior Operational Risk professional to strengthen our ability to identify, assess, monitor, and manage Information Security and IT risks within a fast-paced banking environment. You will act as a subject matter expert, provide oversight, and guide stakeholders across the organization to evolve our risk framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Business or related field.
• 5+ years in technology risk, information security risk, or related risk disciplines.
• Experience reviewing and challenging technology and information security risks.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support risk programs: RCSA, KRI, incidents, BCM, risk assessments.
• Review and challenge IT and InfoSec risk assessments and remediation plans.
• Develop and maintain ORM governance documents and risk reporting.
• Coach junior team members and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to IT/InfoSec risk management improvements and digital initiatives.
