Job description

Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for an IT - Project Manager Niche for their Ontario, CAN location.

Responsibilities:

• Review Lab Layout and construction drawings for technology requirements.
• Create a technology design and cost estimate and coordinate / track approvals.
• Request and coordinate the removal of existing technology from the location prior to renovation.
• Order and coordinate the technology installation in the lab.
• Ensuring testing / certification completed prior to lab completion.
• Coordinate the move of the lab into the new space.
• Track all actual costs against the original estimates and ensure and project changes are properly approved.
• Provide Project Lead support for larger Business Unit moves into a new or renovated location. (Various Projects)
• Review the existing and new space for technology requirements.
• Work with the move team on technology requirements
• Request and coordinate the removal of existing technology from the location after business unit moves out.
• Order and coordinate the technology installation in the new location office.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of Project Management experience
• Understanding network side of physical technology (meeting rooms, working with multiple vendors),
• At least one project working within real estate within the technology side
• Someone who can take accountability for their work
• Strong prioritization/time management/organizational skills
• Strong communication skills
• Agile certification
• PMP certification
