Accountabilities:

• Deliver responsive technical support by managing helpdesk tickets, onboarding/offboarding staff, and troubleshooting a wide range of systems and applications.
• Oversee and execute IT-related projects that improve operational efficiency, including automation, internal software enhancements, and cost-effectiveness initiatives.
• Strengthen cybersecurity across the company through proactive risk management, internal training, threat monitoring, and policy development.
• Support a wide range of platforms and applications while contributing ideas for improving internal systems and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of IT solutions and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• For experienced candidates: potentially supervise junior IT staff and lead complex, company-wide initiatives.

• Comfortable working independently and owning complex projects without step-by-step guidance.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

• Salary:
• For early-career candidates: $20–$30/hour.
• For experienced/supervisory candidates: higher ranges possible based on background.
