Job description

EToD is looking for a seasoned IT Project Manager to lead and deliver office relocation initiatives during a 7-month contract. This role involves overseeing the full lifecycle of IT infrastructure moves, AV system installations, and the seamless transition of meeting room technologies, with minimal business disruption.

Key Duties :

• Manage end-to-end office relocation projects, including scope, timelines, budget, and risk planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, facilities, labs, business units) and coordinate with external vendors
• Lead the relocation and setup of IT infrastructure, AV equipment, and meeting room technologies
• Deliver timely updates and reporting to senior leadership and key stakeholders
• Provide hands-on support and issue resolution during and after the move

Must Haves :

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on office relocations

Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is preferred

Strong understanding of IT networks, infrastructure, AV systems, and logistics involved in office moves

Excellent communication, leadership, and vendor management skills

Physical Requirements :

Willingness to travel frequently between office sites

Availability to work outside regular business hours as needed

Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift lightweight equipment
