- 10+ years of experience in project management, managing medium to large-sized IT projects. Experience in Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Resource Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of comprehensive training plans, including content, delivery methods, and evaluation strategies.
- Coordinate training efforts with the training team, trainers, SMEs, and stakeholders to ensure effective delivery.
- Support the Program director in workstream-level change request and order processes.
- Manage training schedules to align with project timelines and employee availability.
- Monitor and support the delivery of training programs for effectiveness.
- Assist trainers and participants during sessions.
- Support the training team in evaluating and improving training experiences.
- Generate reports on training activities, outcomes, and future recommendations.
- Define and manage workstream PM tasks for training and change management.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive change management plans.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Work with stakeholders to resolve issues during change processes.
- Ensure all project documentation, including change management plans and communication materials, is complete and accurate.
- Conduct evaluations to assess change management effectiveness.
- Accountable to the Program Director for executing program plans and deliverables per priorities and governance.
- Manage cross-team dependencies and schedules at the workstream level.
- Manage execution of change and training plans in line with program priorities and governance.
- Promote discipline and rigor in workstream delivery, supporting core project management areas.
Requirements
Knowledge & Skills
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in project management and Scrum within a software development environment managing medium to large projects.
- Experience managing project activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Experience creating and executing project plans and managing projects to completion.
- Experience working with IT and business teams on projects.
- Proficiency with agile delivery techniques and tools.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle.
- Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to facilitate and contribute to technical discussions.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, comfortable with IT teams and senior stakeholders.
- Facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to prepare and review detailed reports and documents.
- Experience creating burndown, velocity, and predictability reports.

Must HAVE :
- Previous experience managing change and training projects with Oracle Cloud ERP or other cloud ERP systems.
- Hands-on project management experience with at least 2-3 major transformation projects in large organizations.
- Experience developing change, communication, and training plans for ERP implementations.
- Experience managing large cross-functional teams, complex scheduling, prioritization, and resource planning.
