EToD is looking for a seasoned IT Project Manager to lead and deliver office relocation initiatives during a 7-month contract. This role involves overseeing the full lifecycle of IT infrastructure moves, AV system installations, and the seamless transition of meeting room technologies, with minimal business disruption.

Key Duties:

• Manage end-to-end office relocation projects, including scope, timelines, budget, and risk planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, facilities, labs, business units) and coordinate with external vendors
• Lead the relocation and setup of IT infrastructure, AV equipment, and meeting room technologies
• Deliver timely updates and reporting to senior leadership and key stakeholders
• Provide hands-on support and issue resolution during and after the move

Must Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on office relocations
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is preferred
• Strong understanding of IT networks, infrastructure, AV systems, and logistics involved in office moves
• Excellent communication, leadership, and vendor management skills

Physical Requirements:

• Willingness to travel frequently between office sites
• Availability to work outside regular business hours as needed
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift lightweight equipment
