Overview
This large-scale business transformation project will replace high-risk applications and databases, mitigate security vulnerabilities, modernize infrastructure, and introduce new cross-ministerial data sharing mechanisms to strengthen collaboration and drive efficiency across ministries, partners, and the wider community.
Responsibilities
- As part of the Project Management Team, the Project Manager will :
- Develop, document, and secure approval for the Detailed Project Plan.
- Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risks in alignment with PMI standards.
- Deliver project outputs on time, within budget, and to specification.
- Ensure compliance with technical standards and government processes.
- Facilitate integration across related projects and manage dependencies.
- Prepare and present regular project performance reports.
- Lead risk and issue management, escalating to sponsors as needed.
- Organize and facilitate stakeholder workshops and meetings.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and partners to ensure coordinated delivery.
- Develop and negotiate project change requests (scope, time, and cost).
- Identify and communicate resourcing needs.

Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Project Management leading large-scale, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of PMI standards and best practices.
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to specification.
- Experience facilitating workshops, managing vendor relationships, and navigating complex organizational environments.
- Excellent communication, risk management, and leadership skills.
