Job Description
Manage all aspects of a typical customized software implementation project including:
- Managing project scope, budget, deliverables, and day-to-day operations;
- Creating a project charter;
- Integrated project planning;
- Resource planning;
- Change management;
- Issues prioritization;
- Risk analysis and management;
- Quality assurance;
- Ensuring timelines are met;
- Updating project documentation;
- Collaboration and communication with the team, internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and stakeholders;
- Status reporting to the Executive Sponsor and the Information Services Steering Committee (ISSC).
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular project team meetings to review status, monitor progress, identify issues, and implement mitigation plans;
- Prepare regular project status reports and background materials for needs assessment and solutions;
- Provide leadership and guidance to the project team;
- Assist with change management and communication strategies for smooth implementation;
- Ensure a smooth transition from the existing CAMS system to the new system (CUBE), including data migration accuracy.
Skill Set & Experience
- Minimum years of project management experience with a background in IT systems development;
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Power Platform, and related technologies;
- Experience managing IT software development and implementation projects, preferably developing new software based on Microsoft Dynamics / Power Platform and utilizing off-the-shelf components or accelerators.

- Work Hours: Must work physically at the CFI offices at Metcalfe St, Ottawa, following the hybrid work policy (minimum days per week);
