Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution

• Define project scope, tasks, timelines, and resources.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans.
• Coordinate work between technical teams, vendors, and clients.
• Ensure milestones are met and blockers are removed.

Stakeholder Communication

• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates on timelines, risks, and progress.
• Translate technical details into clear, actionable steps for non-technical clients.

Risk and Issue Management

• Track issues and escalate when needed.
• Keep projects on time and within scope.
• Adjust plans quickly based on evolving business needs.

Process and Tools

• Use project management tools like Asana and ConnectWise.
• Document lessons learned and process improvements.

Qualifications
