Overview:
Reporting to the Manager of Information Technology and Digital Transformation, the Project Manager of Information Technology leads medium-to-large-scale corporate projects and strategic. The Project Manager oversees enterprise projects, manages vendor relationships, and coordinates cross-functional teams using Waterfall and Agile methodologies to ensure timely, budget-conscious execution. Additionally, this position will play a key role in developing technology policies, defining performance metrics, and driving cost-effective digital transformation solutions.
What you will be doing:
Develops and executes strategic project plans that align with project scope, goals, and deliverables while ensuring clear success criteria and stakeholder communication.
Manages medium-to-large corporate projects with Waterfall and Agile methodologies, covering scope, time, cost, quality, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
Develops and communicates project charters, scoping documents, project plans, status reports, risk and issue logs, calendars, resource schedules, budgets and other reports.
Works in close collaboration with the associated Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), functional areas, project sponsors and leadership to understand requirements, obtain decisions and champion implementations.
Coordinates Steering Committee (SteerCo) meetings, including communicating project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks while implementing best practices for execution, communication, and performance measurement.
Leads communication and change management to ensure smooth project execution and adoption.
Establishes governance, coordinates with internal teams and third-party vendors to manage scope, timelines, risks, and resources.
Oversees staff-related costs and recommends budget adjustments as needed to maintain financial control.

What you must have:
A University degree in Business, Information Technology or Computer Science or related discipline. Master’s Degree preferred.
Minimum (5) years’ related work experience in Project Management, preferably within an IT field.
A PMP designation or a Master’s Certificate in Project Management.
Excellent understanding of the formal PMI Project Management process.
One or more of the following certifications will be considered as a strong asset: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM); SAFe Scrum Master Certification; SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification; Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification.
Experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation within the Microsoft suite – MS Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or with experience delivering complex projects which encompass a wide range of technologies: Web/Design, Telephony and HRIS is preferred.
Proven experience working on complex, multi-year budgets; managing/leading system integration projects; implementing vendor-supplied systems.
Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for technical and non-technical audiences, complemented by exceptional facilitation, presentation, and leadership abilities.
Ability to effectively influence, interact and collaborate with senior-level management, and prepare and present oral and/or written technical reports and project presentations.
Ability to effectively collect, analyze and integrate multiple forms of information, excellent time management, problem-solving, negotiating, analytical and problem-solving skills.
