A leading company in technology solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution. The ideal candidate will have extensive IT knowledge and proven expertise in managing vendor relationships, stakeholder engagement, and project risk management. Candidates must be familiar with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies and possess relevant project management certifications.
a) Leads and facilitates the entire Project lifecycle, including planning, design sessions, testing, training, product demos, and solution adoption.
b) Manages solution adoption strategies as part of a multidisciplinary Project team.
c) Manages vendor relationships and coordinates issue resolution.
d) Collaborates with project teams and stakeholders to support project outcomes.
e) Facilitates on-the-job learning of essential concepts and tools to promote modern service delivery and transformation.
f) Identifies and manages project risks and issues, developing strategies to mitigate or address them proactively.
g) Manages changes in project direction, including priorities and expectations, to ensure successful completion of the project lifecycle.
h) Communicates effectively to improve transparency and disseminate information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
i) Negotiates resource requirements to adjust project team size as needed to meet commitments.
j) Identifies and removes roadblocks and distractions affecting the project lifecycle.
k) Mitigates conflicts and ensures resolution.
l) Maintains metrics using project management tools to provide visibility on project progress and quality assurance.
m) Manages stakeholder engagement and project progress reporting.
