Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of project management experience.
• Experience delivering complex, multi-functional projects across business and technology teams.
• Experience with venue, hospitality, ticketing, or event management systems is an asset.
• Strong understanding of vendor coordination, integrations, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects supporting sports, entertainment, venue, hospitality, ticketing, and event operations.
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and decision tracking.
• Coordinate discovery, planning, configuration, testing, deployment, training, and readiness activities.
• Maintain project cadence, documentation, and accountability across workstreams.
