We are currently seeking a IT Project Coordinator to join our team in Planta Querétaro, Carretera Chichimequillas Km. 4.5 | Parque Industrial El Marques | MX - 76246 - EL, [[ stateProvince ]], Mexico (MX).

The IT Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing technology projects, managing technical teams, and ensuring that IT solutions meet the company's strategic objectives. This position also requires effective communication with different departments to identify technology needs and propose innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IT infrastructures, experience managing technology projects, and leadership skills to coordinate multidisciplinary teams. They will also be required to stay up-to-date with the latest technological trends and advancements to implement continuous improvements in the organization's systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and executing IT projects
• Overseeing hardware and software maintenance
• Implementing cybersecurity policies
• Resolving complex technical issues
• Training staff on the use of new technology tools

Functions:

• Design, implement, and oversee integrated management systems
• Coordinate internal and external audits
• Identify and mitigate process-related risks
• Lead improvement projects
• Manage team training
• Resolve technical questions and incidents

Key Skills:

• Demonstrated experience as an IT coordinator or in a similar position for 3 to 5 years
• Demonstrable knowledge of ServiceNow, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI
• Analytical skills in data interpretation and charting
• Effective communication
• Change management to implement and oversee policies and processes
• Problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills

Certifications:

ITIL or PMI. If you don't have these certifications, you should have an understanding of what they cover.
