We are looking for a skilled IT Business Analyst to join our Information Technology team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Program and assisting with overall IT project intake processes. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and access governance best practices.
What You’ll Be Doing
- IT Project Grooming
- Review, clarify requirements, and generate a project brief for IT projects submitted by internal stakeholders.
- Schedule intake sessions with stakeholders and technical leads.
- Create project briefs and obtain signoff with clear scope, exit criteria, risks, and dependencies.
- Maintain project documentation during the intake process.
- IAM Program Assessment & Implementation
- Participate in planning, designing, and executing the IAM Program, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance standards.
- Gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, and define IAM policies and procedures with stakeholders.
- Develop IAM processes, workflows, and documentation to improve security.
- Generate regular reports on IAM implementation status, milestones, issues, and resolutions.
- ITSM Project Coordination
- Participate in team meetings and maintain documentation.
- Keep project tasks updated in internal tracking systems.
What You Need To Bring
- 2-4 years of experience as a business analyst, focusing on IAM or IT project management.
- Experience with IAM principles, practices, and technologies is a plus.
- Effective communication skills with stakeholders, auditors, and operational teams.
- Attention to detail, especially in documentation and reporting.
- Proficiency in Mac environment and tools like Google Workspace, Monday.com, Slack, and Workday.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to multitask and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Nice To Have's
- Knowledge of COBIT.
- Experience in a high-growth tech company.
- Experience with change management.
- Bilingual in French and English.
- Interest in technical accountancy and financial reporting developments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and manage ambiguity.
