IT Operations Technician

BASIC FUNCTIONS: The IT Operations Technician will be part of the NBT Infrastructure Team which is responsible for partnering with and supporting teammates at divisions.

The IT Operations Technician responsibilities include but are not limited to providing in-person and remote technical support, ordering, configuring, supporting IT equipment, and managing inventory. Implementing Azure cloud IT solutions and services, engaging with the business to understand requirements and provide appropriate support and solutions, working on projects, and performing other duties as assigned.

Candidate Should Display:

• Willingness to work on an “as needed” basis, including nights and weekends.

• IT related bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of experience and education will also be considered.
• One year of experience in IT support.
• Aptitude to learn new skills in the first 90 days.

• AZ-900 Certification
• Microsoft Intune fundamentals
• MD-102 Endpoint Administrator Associate certification
• PowerShell Experience
• Cloud Migration Experience
• Microsoft ADO Experience
• Agile Mindset Experience

• Overtime may be required depending on business needs.
• Work a rotational on-call IT support schedule to include evenings and weekends as assigned.
• In the office 5 days a week.
• Ability to travel to the United States.
