We are looking for a motivated and experienced IT Operations Specialist to join our IT department. We are ideally looking for a candidate to work out of our Saskatoon, SK office, however we will consider those living in proximity to our offices in Burnaby, BC, Nisku, AB andVal d’Or, QC.
Position Summary :
Reporting to the IT Manager, the IT Operations Specialist will be accountable for all operational IT services. This includes being the first point of contact for all IT related queries from both local and remote Procon employees.
Responsibilities :
The IT Operations Specialist is a key role in the IT department and is expected to assist in managing the Company’s technology functions. The role responsibilities include :
Qualifications / Requirements :
o Windows 10 & 11, Windows Servers 2016 or 2019
o Active Directory & O365. Experience with Microsoft 365 admin center is a plus
o Networking- support and troubleshooting
o Multi Function Printers
o IOS and Android
o ITIL v4Foundation, A+ certification, Network+, or Sec+ is an asset
