Job Description/Responsibilities

• Lead IT Improvement Initiatives: Identify areas for improvement within IT operations, develop strategic plans, and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
• Drive Process Optimization: Analyze existing IT processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement best practices to streamline workflows and improve overall performance.

Description Du Poste/Responsabilités

Diriger les initiatives d'amélioration informatique : identifier les axes d'amélioration au sein des opérations informatiques, élaborer des plans stratégiques et piloter des initiatives visant à accroître l'efficacité, à réduire les coûts et à améliorer la prestation de services.

Optimiser les processus : analyser les processus informatiques existants, identifier les goulots d'étranglement et mettre en œuvre les meilleures pratiques pour rationaliser les flux de travail et améliorer la performance globale.

Développer et mettre en œuvre des rapports d'indicateurs informatiques : concevoir et maintenir des tableaux de bord complets d'indicateurs informatiques pour suivre les performances, identifier les tendances et soutenir la prise de décision basée sur les données.

Analyse financière et gestion des coûts : Réaliser des analyses financières pour garantir la rentabilité des opérations informatiques, gérer les budgets et optimiser l’allocation des ressources.

Opportunités d’IA et d’automatisation : Explorer et mettre en œuvre des solutions d’IA et d’automatisation pour optimiser les opérations informatiques et stimuler l’innovation.

Collaboration et communication : Favoriser une collaboration étroite avec les autres services, en veillant à ce que les initiatives informatiques soient alignées sur les objectifs de l’entreprise et contribuent à la réussite globale de l’organisation.

Développement d’équipe et leadership : Encadrer et développer le personnel informatique, en favorisant une culture d’apprentissage et d’amélioration continue.

Piloter le développement des modèles de livraison : Piloter la création et la mise en œuvre de modèles de livraison informatique basés sur les meilleures pratiques ITIL, MOE et DevOps, en veillant à ce qu’ils soient adaptés aux besoins et alignés sur les objectifs de l’organisation.
