iA Financial Group is seeking an IT Analyst - ModernOPS to ensure stability, performance, and continuous improvement of technology services. The role focuses on application support, incident management, and IT service improvements within a hybrid work environment in Quebec.

The candidate should have a bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent, experience in IT operations, and strong knowledge of ITIL, incident, problem, and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience in application support, IT operations, or operational support.
• Familiar with ITIL practices and critical production environments.
• Strong incident, problem, and change management.
• Proficient with ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, and observability tools.
• Analytical thinking, prioritization, leadership, and strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day health of applications and services.
• Analyze production incidents and document root causes, impacts, and workarounds.
• Participate in proactive monitoring and quality improvement activities.
• Collaborate in change planning, production releases, and post-implementation follow-ups.
• Identify automation opportunities and produce operational metrics and dashboards.
• Document procedures and evolve ITSM/ITIL practices; act as liaison between delivery and operations.
