Linde plc is seeking a hands-on IT Manager - Data & Analytics to lead data engineering initiatives in Canada. You will design robust data pipelines, optimize architectures, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
You will work with stakeholders to gather requirements, implement scalable ETL/ELT solutions, and ensure data governance and security. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and 5+ years in data engineering are expected.
We are seeking a talented and motivated Manager of Data & Analytics with hands-on experience in industry standard data platforms (Apache Spark and Microsoft Fabric) to join our dynamic data engineering team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our data initiatives, designing robust data pipelines, optimizing data architectures, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
The role would be expected to work independently and/or in conjunction with appropriate business unit/IT leaders or cross-functional teams during any engagement. They would be tasked with understanding technological and business problems and focused on delivering cutting-edge solutions. The Manager of Data and Analytics must possess the ability to architect or integrate the appropriate solution from the ground up based on a set of business requirements.

This is an existing position with a minimum annual salary of $105,500.
