Job summary

Linde Canada Inc. is seeking a Credit and Collection Supervisor to lead a professional team responsible for collections, cash flow management, and risk reduction. The role requires strong analytics, BPM capabilities, and cross-functional collaboration across internal and external partners.

The successful candidate will drive performance, ensure policy compliance, and support month-end activities in a fast-paced environment at our Brampton location.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading Credit and Collections teams to achieve targets and high service levels.
  • Background in Finance, Accounting, or Business to support financial decisions.
  • Experience with ERP systems and workflow automation to improve processes.
  • Knowledge of billing, collections, and accounts receivable processes to manage risk.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Credit and Collections professionals to achieve performance goals and provide exceptional service.
  • Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and collection targets to drive a high-performance culture.
  • Oversee daily collections operations and ensure accuracy and compliance with policies.
  • Reduce financial risk by managing accounts receivable and improving Days Sales Outstanding.
  • Build partnerships with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders to resolve issues and support business objectives.
  • Analyze account performance and implement effective collection strategies to reduce past-due balances.
  • Identify process improvements to boost productivity and customer experience.
  • Support month-end close and maintain documentation to meet deadlines.

Credit and Collection Supervisor (full time)

Reporting to the Director, the Credit and Collection Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of Credit and Collections Professionals to deliver on key metrics (KPIs), meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and maintain world class service in accordance with Linde policies and procedures.This role requires a detail oriented leader experienced in managing multiple business channels, with strong analytical capabilities, system proficiency, solid business acumen, and excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and strategic partners.
