IT Learning and Knowledge Management Specialist

New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking an IT Learning and Knowledge Management Specialist to lead training and knowledge management strategies for IT projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training and knowledge management strategies.
  • Conduct instructional design and training needs assessments.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to support adoption.
  • Document learning methodologies, strategies, and knowledge transfer processes.

Requirements:
