Position Summary:

We are seeking a strong Product Analyst (Information Technology Lead) who can combine their Information Technology (IT) expertise, develop a deep understanding of Health Care Compliance, and lead support for key global initiatives that align with our IT strategy, standards, and processes.

This role acts as a vital link between Corporate Business Technology (CBT) and the Health Care Compliance (HCC) organization, working to understand and manage business partner expectations, drive detailed requirements for critical products, and help prioritize tasks to deliver solutions that balance compliance with innovation.

This position is within the Corporate Business Technology (CBT) organization and supports the Global Health Care Compliance organization, reporting to the HCC Technical Product Owner.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Understand user needs and translate them into detailed requirements for the squad.
  2. Build use cases, write, manage, and clarify user stories, visualization, and process flows.
  3. Explain how requirements may be implemented from a functional standpoint and drive/improve user experience.
  4. Ensure each feature has a clear definition of done; ensure each feature-level deliverable is aligned to a definition of readiness to enter sprint.
  5. Communicate vision to developers and testers.
  6. Assist in writing UAT scripts and participate in User Acceptance Testing as needed.
  7. Document confirmed business processes to serve as reference for development and IT support.
  8. Apply business process improvement methods for optimization.
  9. Partner with TPO (Technical Product Owner) & BPO (Business Product Owner) to maintain a deep understanding of business processes and requirements, ensuring backlog priorities align with business needs.
  10. Track metrics and build reports to measure progress.
  11. Help manage dependencies with other squads, working closely with BPO/TPO and peer Product Analysts.
  12. Apply compliance requirements within scope, ensuring SDLC documentation, system configuration, and compliance activities are up to date.
  13. Understand the portfolio of IT systems used by the business; may specialize in specific applications and hold deep product expertise.
  14. Support and facilitate system demos via inspect and adapt workshops as needed.
  15. Act as the “voice of the customer” within the squad to ensure the right solutions are built.
  16. Work closely with the Product Manager to establish the products’ business value and support messaging, communications, and customer outreach.
  17. Ensure products/features meet security, privacy, and compliance standards.
  18. Collaborate with Lead Engineer to balance technical debt with feature delivery.
  19. Coordinate with partners on product roadmap activities, design, interdependencies, and timelines.
  20. Participate in all squad ceremonies, leading and optimizing the flow of value.
  21. Partner with Global Health Care Compliance team and Technical Product Owner to ensure technology solutions meet business needs and compliance requirements.
  22. Navigate and resolve competing priorities between technical requirements, business goals, and budgets, striving for optimal outcomes.
  23. Collaborate across diverse, global teams with open, inclusive communication.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering, science, or business administration.
  2. Minimum of five (5) years of related IT experience.
  3. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  4. Knowledge of industry practices, supporting technology, and principles.
  5. Experience in requirements gathering, translating into product vision, and user experience design.
  6. Deep understanding of business processes and digital product delivery.
  7. Experience managing product backlogs, release plans, and team metrics.
  8. Understanding of customer journeys and experience.
  9. Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  10. Strong problem-solving, communication, and critical thinking skills.
  11. Ability to manage complex organizations and difficult conversations.
  12. Domain expertise to solve business problems, identify risks, and propose mitigations.
  13. Ability to quickly learn about Health Care Compliance business and processes.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$63,000-$102,350

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

The Company maintains competitive, performance-based compensation programs. This position is eligible for an annual performance bonus, which rewards individual and corporate performance. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion.
