Groupe Dynamite Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Manager, Internal Controls in Montréal to lead IT audits for the ICFR program and oversee ITGCs from an IT risk perspective. You will support the Director of Risk and Controls and collaborate with IT and business teams to strengthen controls across the organization.

The role requires strong governance focus, regulatory knowledge (52-109), and the ability to coach staff while communicating findings clearly to stakeholders in English and French.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT internal controls experience in a mid- to large-sized public accounting firm or public corporation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field.
• CPA and CISA certifications (or in process); CIA and CRMA are assets.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute IT audits covering access controls, change management, data security, network infra, cloud environments, and business continuity/disaster recovery.
• Assess design and operating effectiveness of ITGCs and application controls.
• Identify control gaps, document findings, and recommend remediation; prepare audit papers for management.
