Job summary

Cognizant in Mississauga, Ontario is seeking an IT Infrastructure Support Lead to run day-to-day operations, support, and continuous improvement of EUC, server, AD, M365, networking, cloud, and security services. You will lead incident resolution, coordinate with vendors, and drive major infrastructure initiatives.

The role emphasizes leadership, incident management, and service governance with a focus on high availability and DR/BCP planning.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Windows Server and AD administration
• Experience with DNS/DHCP and networking fundamentals
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and Intune
• Familiarity with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud services

Responsibilities

• Lead IT infrastructure operations and ensure high availability of critical systems.
• Manage Incident, Problem, Change, and Request processes.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal tower leads.
• Mentor and develop infrastructure staff and coordinate recruitment.
• Oversee data center operations, security and compliance requirements.
