We are looking for our future IT Functional / Business Consultant to join our teams.

Your Missions

• This technical support role is crucial. The ideal candidate should understand tech solutions, ServiceNow, SAP, and Salesforce, and identify suitable solutions with awareness of data centers or AI. Knowledge of data centers and AI is essential for advancing AI development.
• If lacking data center experience, the candidate should be able to define technical requirements and assumptions to inform business cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and consultation on data center operations, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization.
• Deliver advanced analytics solutions: oversee development using data mining, predictive modeling, and visualization, applying statistical techniques to drive business actions in finance, insurance, and government sectors.
• Integrate behavioral insights into business processes, developing targeted messaging that increases returns and enhances compliance and decision-making.
• Build statistical models to identify and predict risks.
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and security systems.
• Collaborate with clients to understand needs and provide tailored solutions aligned with business goals.
• Assist in designing, implementing, and managing data center projects, ensuring best practices and standards.
• Conduct assessments and audits to identify improvements and implement solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation such as technical guides and procedures.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in data center operations, providing insights and recommendations.
• Deliver training and support on data center technologies and best practices.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience; Master’s in Business Analytics is a plus.
• Experience in data center operations, including hardware, software, networking, and security.
• Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical info to diverse audiences.
• Experience with data center management tools and monitoring systems like ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce.

Additional Technical Support Skills

• Knowledge of AI advancements and strategies.
• Experience with business analysis modeling, predictive analytics, and system integration.
