[Consultant 1 - Framework Upgrade] Upgrade of programming framework for web infrastructure; migrating components that were developed in Angular JS and other frameworks to Vue/Nuxt.

Organizational Setting: The United Nations Environment Programme is the leading global environmental authority that sets the global environmental agenda, promotes the coherent implementation of the environmental dimension of sustainable development within the United Nations system, and serves as an advocate for the global environment. It is based in Montreal and is responsible for various environmental initiatives.
Academic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, ICT, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum five years in web development, with proven skills in web applications, UI design, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery, AngularJS/Vue 3/React, REST API; familiarity with Content Management Systems like Drupal is a plus.
Skills: Ability to work independently and in teams, multitask, prioritize, and communicate effectively.
Fluent in English; knowledge of French and other UN languages is desirable.
