Qualifications

• University degree or college diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in finance, accounting, financial analysis, accounts payable, or related financial operations.
• 2+ years of experience supporting IT financial operations, vendor management, procurement, or technology budgets.
• Experience managing and reporting on large budgets, cost centres, and financial performance metrics.
• Strong understanding of invoice processing, month-end close activities, financial reporting, and vendor financial management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Power BI, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience creating dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions that support financial and operational decision-making.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility and maintain relationships across teams and vendors.
• A proactive, analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, problem-solving, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end invoice lifecycle, including intake, validation, approval coordination, discrepancy resolution, and payment processing.
• Oversee end-to-end invoice management lifecycle, ensuring compliance with internal controls and timelines.
• Act as a subject-matter resource for invoice discrepancies, resolving issues via root-cause analysis and stakeholder engagement.
• Serve as finance contact for IT vendors, managing inquiries, escalations, and contractual/financial expectations.
• Partner with IT, Procurement, and Finance to support seamless operations and process improvement.
• Support telecom financial management activities including telecom invoice processing and batch payments.
• Lead and support month-end close activities, including accruals, variance analysis, and financial reviews.
• Design, maintain, and enhance financial dashboards and scorecards to track spend and performance.
• Translate financial data into actionable insights for decision-making and transparency.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls, and reporting efficiency.
