Responsibilities:

  • Solid foundation in: Technical support, Network/Software/Inventory Management, System Maintenance, Customer Service, Documentation, Team Collaboration, and Project Assistance.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with exceptional troubleshooting, problem-solving, and solution-implementation skills.
  • Foster and maintain positive and professional relationships at customer sites.
  • Collaborate effectively as a team player.
  • Highly organized and dependable.
  • Willingness to travel within the GTA.
  • Perform tasks as assigned by management when not engaged in service calls.
  • Must be available to rotate schedule from Monday to Friday and Tuesday to Saturday, with occasional after-hour projects.
  • Prior experience in a similar IT field technician role is highly desirable.

Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar are advantageous.
  • Proven experience in an IT field technician role, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Good customer service and time management skills.
  • Car with valid Ontario Driver's License.
  • Clean Driver’s Abstract.
