What you'll do

• Manage the operations and evolution of the SAP technical environment within the Enterprise Solutions team.
• Provide expert architecture and capability advice to projects and initiatives.
• Drive landscape strategy, including design, change management, disaster recovery, and high availability.
• Participate in building business cases and investment justifications.
• Analyze complex problems and develop SAP landscape solutions.
• Ensure system availability and lead incident resolution.
• Implement and uphold standards, processes, and tools.
• Collaborate with SAP leads to prioritize and estimate work.
• Assign tasks, oversee delivery, and provide hands-on support when necessary.
• Stay updated on standards and technologies to refine BC Hydro's SAP strategy.

What you bring

• Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of SAP experience, including leadership roles.
• Strong SAP technical skills, especially in S/4HANA.
• Experience with cloud-based SAP initiatives.
• Leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge in SAP road mapping, S/4HANA administration, SAP BTP, SAP Cloud Connector, SAP IAM, SAP Solution Manager, landscape management, database administration, and disaster recovery.
