The role requires 5+ years in software development, Agile/Scrum familiarity, and Jira proficiency. You will lead development efforts, review code, and ensure timely delivery while upholding Leon’s core values: honesty, integrity, hard work and family.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum practices.
• Experience using Jira for collaboration and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Transform business ideas and concepts into functional, reliable applications.
• Spot subtle bugs, risks, or design flaws early.
• Continuously improve overall codebase quality.
• Define and improve development standards when required.
• Drive adoption of best practices across the team.
• Lead code reviews and technical governance.
