Join us to apply for the IT Corporate Engineer II (L4) role at Instacart.

We are looking for an experienced IT engineer to join our Corporate Engineering team, supporting initiatives in client platform, IT security, and solutions engineering. Reporting to the Senior Manager of IT PMO & Corporate Engineering, you will collaborate across departments to provide technology support, manage SaaS applications, ensure security, and improve system performance.

Responsibilities include:

• Configuration, user administration, security, and data management for applications like Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, etc.
• Managing SaaS applications, endpoint management, and identity processes.
• Partnering with IT Security to assess and improve security posture.
• Monitoring system performance and implementing updates and patches.
• Creating documentation for configurations and troubleshooting.
• Collaborating with project managers, support teams, and vendors on IT projects.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of IT engineering or technical operations experience.
• Knowledge of enterprise applications such as Atlassian, Google Workspace, Intune, Jamf, Slack, and Zoom.
• Understanding of protocols like SCIM, SAML, OIDC, APIs, and security best practices.
• Experience with Okta administration and scripting in languages like Python.
• Strong problem-solving skills and project delivery experience.
• Understanding of security principles and IT infrastructure.

Preferred:

• Project management certification or experience.
• Jamf administration or certifications.
• Okta Certified Administrator or Developer.

This remote role is available in Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, and Nova Scotia, with a pay range of CAD 113,000–126,000, depending on experience and location.
