About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Copyeditor to join our marketing team part-time. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who excels at translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling content for B2B audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Edit and refine highly technical case studies showcasing AI data solutions and client success stories.
• Review and polish research-focused blog content, ensuring technical accuracy while maintaining readability for diverse audiences.
• Edit marketing materials including landing pages, product descriptions, and service overviews for our AI data platform.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, researchers, and marketing teams to ensure content accuracy and messaging alignment.
• Maintain consistent brand voice and style across all technical marketing materials.
• Fact-check technical claims and verify industry terminology and best practices.
• Optimize content for clarity, flow, and engagement while preserving technical precision.
• Ensure all content meets high editorial standards for grammar, syntax, and style.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a copyeditor or content editor in B2B technical industries (AI/ML, data science, enterprise software, or related fields preferred).
• Exceptional command of English writing, grammar, and style.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to edit complex subject matter without losing meaning.
• Experience editing case studies, whitepapers, research content, and technical marketing materials.
• Familiarity with B2B marketing content and understanding of technical buyer personas.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across multiple content types.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote work environment.
• Proficiency in content management systems and collaborative editing tools.
