As our IT Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in supporting and maintaining our IT systems to ensure smooth business operations. From troubleshooting technical issues to managing software and hardware, you will be the go-to person for all things IT, helping our team stay connected and efficient.

Schedule:Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, network, and systems issues.
  • Maintain and update internal operating systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT support and upgrades.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access.
  • Monitor data backups and ensure data integrity.
  • Implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices across the company.
  • Assist with IT-related projects, including system migrations and technology upgrades.
  • Train staff on basic technology usage and troubleshooting.
