Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional with a great personality who enjoys working in a team environment. This full-time, permanent role offers excellent benefits and growth opportunities. The primary responsibilities include business development activities such as outreach via emails, calls, and site visits to acquire new clients.

Main Duties:
  • Develop understanding of client needs and translate these into suitable product requirements.
  • Conduct presentations to showcase company services and products.
  • Assist management in developing proposals.
  • Communicate features and benefits of solutions effectively and manage client expectations.
  • Handle complex Managed IT services proposals, contracts, and lease agreements.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our service offerings.
  • Follow sales procedures and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and develop knowledge of our service catalog.
  • Document processes and track time and expenses accurately.
  • Complete training and enter all work activities diligently.
  • Frequent local travel will be required.
Required Skills:
  • Proven success in new business development and client relationship management.
  • Experience in outside sales and B2B sales (3-5 years).
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with office applications and data entry.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Information:

This position does not require technical troubleshooting or extensive IT background, though experience in IT services is preferred. Training will be provided to familiarize you with our systems and products.

Sample Job Functions:

Outbound calls, cold calling, client visits, follow-ups, attending events, submitting proposals, researching vendors, learning new products, and participating in sales and marketing meetings.
