We are seeking an experienced ERP Business Analyst for a strategic migration project from Aptos to Epicor, focusing on logistics, warehouse operations, and distribution.
You will join a lean, agile IT team, reporting to the Director of IT, working alongside two technical team members.
The project duration is 12 months:
- 10 months of implementation (requirements gathering, specification, configuration, business support)
- 2 months of testing and validation
While experience with Epicor is a plus, it is not mandatory; what matters most is a strong understanding of logistics and distribution processes, along with excellent documentation and analysis skills.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Gathering requirements and conducting business analysis through workshops with logistics, warehouse, and order management teams.
- Documenting business needs and identifying process gaps between Aptos and the new ERP.
- Analyzing current workflows and defining future scenarios.
- Drafting detailed functional specifications and use cases.
- Translating business needs into technical requirements for development teams.
- Collaborating with IT and developers during implementation, participating in ERP configuration, and validating solutions.
- Tracking deliverables to meet deadlines.
- Developing and executing test plans, identifying issues, and supporting user training.
- Creating comprehensive documentation of processes, flows, and user guides.
Requirements include:
- 7+ years as a Business Analyst on ERP projects.
- Proven experience in logistics, warehouse management, and distribution systems.
- Experience with ERP migration or implementation (Epicor, Aptos, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
- Strong understanding of inventory, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment processes.
- Excellent documentation and process modeling skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders.
- Bilingual in French and English, spoken and written.
- Willingness to work on-site initially to understand operational realities.
