Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, application support, or related internships/co-op.
• Experience with process automation or low-code platforms (e.g., AgilePoint, Appian, Power Platform) is an asset.
• Experience with SQL is preferred.
• Exposure to application development technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, or Blazor.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business units to gather requirements and support process improvements.
• Plan tasks for the software development lifecycle (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile).
• Document requirements, user stories, and analysis artifacts to support solution delivery.
• Configure and support business applications, forms, reports, and configurations.

You will assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and help develop functional specifications and documentation. The successful candidate will collaborate with business users, subject matter experts, and internal IT teams to deliver effective and user-focused solutions.
