Main responsibilities

  • Understand existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support partners in defining business or technical requirements / solutions
  • Formulate recommendations to optimize business processes, systems and application solutions
  • Participate in the implementation of recommendations by collaborating with the teams responsible for their execution
  • Analyze and model business and operational processes and business data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain and / or develop appropriate business documentation
  • In collaboration with management, act as liaison between users, IT partners and service providers.
  • Be responsible for the delivery of initiatives and contribute to the realization of the solution development roadmap.
  • Build and manage the product backlog and prioritize functionalities based on business value.
  • Prioritize activities to ensure delivery of business value while considering IT constraints and external partners.
  • Contribute and support users during testing phases to ensure that development is faithful to specifications.
  • Provide post-implementation support
  • Analyze the impact of changes and participate in change management
  • Establish a climate of trust and share knowledge to contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements

  • 7 to 10 years' relevant experience in business analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems and technology, computer science or equivalent
  • Experience in software system analysis (ERP) and / or digital applications
  • Good knowledge of French and English, both written and spoken
  • Good knowledge of Agile methodology and business process analysis methods (BPMN, UML, etc.)
  • Ability to take ownership of the business domain, curiosity, attention to detail and autonomy
  • Enjoy multi-tasking in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Negotiation and customer service skills
  • Be a positive agent of change
