IT Business Analyst

Location: 212 W 2nd St, Winona, MN 55987

Position: Full-time

Shift: MON TUE WED THU FRI 8:00am - 5:00pm

Overview:

As a Full-time IT Business Analyst, you will collaborate with development, quality assurance, and end users to translate business requirements into functional and technical design documents, including use-case documentation. You will ensure that applications meet these requirements through functional and end user testing, and assist end users in troubleshooting application or training issues. The position may offer a flexible schedule after onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, analyze, and document problems with business processes.
• Gather business requirements from end users and stakeholders.
• Prioritize issues related to business and development.
• Create functional specifications.
• Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures.
• Maintain documentation supporting our Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Math, Statistics, Data Science, Actuarial Science, English, or a related field, or prior experience in Inventory Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, eCommerce, or IT.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service-oriented.
• Strong math aptitude, attention to detail, and sense of urgency.
• Strong organization, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Problem-solving, deductive reasoning, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Alignment with core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork.
• Pass drug screen and background check (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam).

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $67,000.
