Title : IT Audit Vice President - Infrastructure

Office Status : Hybrid 2x a week in office

Salary : Up to $165k Base + 20% bonus

Overview :

A top global Investment Bank is looking for an experienced Senior IT Audit Manager to lead all of Infrastructure and Cybersecurity base audits. Their company is known for fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture, where employees are encouraged to take ownership of their work and grow professionally. The VP will manage a team of 5 with room for growth as the head office is very focused on building out their entire IT Audit department. This team works on site in office 2x a week with no intentions on changing that policy.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned audit professional with exceptional leadership and decision-making skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage complex risks while fostering high-performance teams.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and develop a team of 5 audit professionals, ensuring performance, growth, and operational success.
• Oversee audits and projects of significant complexity, providing strategic guidance and subject matter expertise.
• Audit, or risk and control experience with common financial services applications, including leasing and lending, banking, trading and settlement, and anti-money laundering (AML) and sanctions screening
• Examine and evaluate internal controls in key technology risk areas to ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable rules, laws and regulations, including FFIEC guidance
• Advise senior leadership on risk management, operational efficiencies, and emerging trends.
• Identifying and testing key risks and controls for IT applications, for areas such as input validation / edit checks; completeness and accuracy of reporting; batch processing; interface handling; access and segregation of duties; change management; systems documentation, incident handling, and application functionality
• Manage annual audit plans, resource allocation, and engagement activities.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with stakeholders and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Foster a positive, high-performance team culture through coaching, mentoring, and professional development initiatives.

Education & Experience :

• 8+ years of IT Audit experience from a global consulting firm or experience at a financial services company
• CPA, CISA, CIA are a plus but not required
• Working experience leading Infrastructure and Cybersecurity based audits
