Flynn Group of Companies is seeking a Manager, IT Asset Management in Mississauga to lead the ITAM function, drive CMDB accuracy, and optimize asset lifecycles. You will own contracts, renewals, and procurement, while mentoring the ITAM Coordinator and growing the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in IT asset management, procurement, or operations with leadership experience.
• Strong hardware/software lifecycle, CMDB discipline, and license compliance.
• Experience managing vendors, contracts, SLAs, and renewal negotiations.
• ITIL/ITSM knowledge; proficiency in Excel; CMDB tooling familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Own ITAM end-to-end, set strategy and policy, and lead the ITAM team.
• Maintain CMDB accuracy with regular audits of software licenses and hardware assets.
• Manage vendor contracts, renewals, and procurement processes to control spend.
• Provide KPI reporting on asset inventory, licensing, and lifecycle status.
• Develop budgets for ITAM and drive cost savings opportunities.
